The competition teams' application materials include the files “Instructions for Filling Out the Application and Reference Document”, “Application and Reference Document” and the aforementioned document filled out as a sample.

Please note: The file "Application and Reference Document " only works with Excel version 2007 or newer.
IMPORTANT: There seems to be an issue with the “3. Instructions and tracking” tab of the Excel file “Application and Reference Document”. Despite of a succesful testrun of the file, for some reason the tracking feature does not seem to work properly.
FOR ALL APPLICANTS: AFTER FILLING OUT THE EXCEL FILE “APPLICATION AND REFERENCE DOCUMENT” PLEASE IGNORE THE RESULTS OF THE SHEET TAB 3’S COLUMN “TRACKING”.
THE FILLED-OUT “APPLICATION AND REFERENCE DOCUMENT” WILL BE REGARDED BY THE JURY AS MEETING THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS WHEN ALL THE TABS HAVE BEEN FILLED OUT SUFFICIENTLY (REGARDLESS THE RESULTS IN THE “TRACKING” COLUMN OF THE SHEET TAB “3. Instructions and tracking”).
The Promoter apologizes for this quite inconvenient and unforgiveable problem with the file.
In cases of file corruption or other major difficulties with the xlsx file "Application and Reference Document" the in the Competition Programme's Section 1.7 required pdf and/or the paper version that LOOK like the printout of the "Application and Reference Document" are regarded as the actual application.
